About the Investment
Empire Property Holdings is a strong UK property investment opportunity with a first legal charge security and above average returns from 2 – 4 years; 11% – 15% respectively. This is a property loan note investment with a low entry point. Commercial Property is developed into high quality residential apartments using Permitted Development Rights by an experienced and successful developer with over 1050 properties and a £20 million portfolio under their own management including his portfolios and consultancy clients. These developments are then let, giving the developer a large portfolio generating an ongoing income. The director of the business has reserves of £500k as a contingency for the current business model. He also has approximately a 50% equity stake in a £33 million portfolio.

There are two Investment options so you can choose to receive your income every 6 months or if you are looking to maximise your investment you can select the growth option.

Income Option
Investors are paid a fixed return of 10% in year 1 and 12% in year two. Interest payments are paid bi-annually. The original capital invested is paid back in full at the end of the 2 year term. This is equivalent to 11% per annum

Growth Option
A fixed interest rate of 10% is accrued in year 1 and 12% in year 2.  At the end of year 2, your original investment capital is returned along with the compounded interest plus a 4% bonus on the initial capital invested. The total return is 27.2% , equivalent to 13.5% per annum.

The security aspect for Empire Property Holdings is handled by an independent FCA regulated trustee. They will hold the first legal charge on behalf of investors which is registered at Land Registry.
